Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the cleaning services provided by Dimal. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
Dimal provides residential and commercial cleaning services for homes, offices, buildings, and other properties. Service scope, availability, and pricing may vary based on location, property condition, and service type.

2. Booking & Appointments
• Appointments may be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly.
• Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and requested services.
• Additional charges may apply for undisclosed conditions, excessive dirt, clutter, or services not included at the time of booking.

3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service, customers agree to:
• Provide safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the property
• Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items
• Ensure water and electricity are available
• Disclose any hazardous conditions, delicate surfaces, or special instructions in advance

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout or service fee may apply.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Force Majeure
Dimal is not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, government actions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Payment Terms​​

Pricing is calculated on a baseline of 1,000 square feet. Larger or smaller areas may incur adjustments, and the final price is subject to verification.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods listed on our website.

Failed, reversed, or returned payments may result in additional processing fees.

Outstanding balances may result in suspension or refusal of future services.​

7. Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, you must notify us on the same calendar day the service is completed. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not apply to conditions beyond our control, including excessive clutter, unsafe environments, pre-existing conditions, or areas not included in the original service request.

8. Safety & Service Limitations
For safety and liability reasons, our team will not:
• Move heavy furniture or appliances
• Clean areas requiring ladders higher than two steps
• Handle biohazards, mold, pest infestations, or hazardous materials.

9. Damage & Liability
• Dimal is insured and takes reasonable care while providing services.
• Any damage claims must be reported on the same calendar day the service is completed.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not properly secured.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimal’ total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall Dimal be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dimal, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, or third-party actions related to your property.

12. Privacy
We collect only the personal information necessary to provide services, including contact details and service information. We do not sell personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Massachusetts.

14. Changes to Terms
Dimal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
